A little bit of trivia: there are 18 wrinkles on top of the meat bun. In China, 18 is considered an auspicious number, and they are conscious of good fortune when it comes to food.

"Zhajiangmyeon" is a home-cooked dish that has been loved for many years in China. It is made with stir-fried meat in a rich sauce flavored with Chinese sweet miso "tianmianjiang," and topped with vegetables and other ingredients on noodles. It's a perfect match of the rich, juicy flavor of the meat and the deep taste of the tianmianjiang, and we highly recommend that you try it at least once. It's so delicious, we highly recommend it.

"Vegetable paste mixed rice" is a dish similar to bibimbap, a healthy vegetable-based rice dish made by pouring a paste made from stir-fried green peppers, potatoes, and eggplant over rice! It is a dish beloved in China. In addition to this, the lunch set also comes with "Dried tofu with Chinese dressing" and "Century egg with chili pepper dressing."
